Richard - Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma
I am a practicing cardiologist who had been in excellent health until 6 years ago, when I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. I underwent standard chemotherapy (R-CHOP) combined with SeaCare adjuvant therapy. Fortunately I responded well and I have been in remission for 12+ years. I am currently continuing to take SeaCare as my only anti-cancer regimen.
During the 5 years that I have not been taking chemotherapy there were changes in follow-up CT scans which may have suggested a recurrence, however while taking SeaCare alone these changes disappeared.
Although this is only anecdotal evidence, it is my firm belief that SeaCare has significantly contributed to my current “remission”. Accordingly I do feel that further clinical trials are warranted.
